Delegation of China’s CMEC and YTO Companies Visits “Uzagroleasing” JSC.
A delegation representing China’s leading industrial and agricultural machinery manufacturers — China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) and YTO International Ltd. — visited “Uzagroleasing” Joint Stock Company.
The delegation was headed by Mr. Chen Pen, Chief Representative of CMEC in Uzbekistan. The delegation also included CMEC’s business manager, the Deputy General Director of YTO International Ltd., and other senior representatives of both companies.
The guests were welcomed by Mr. Azimjon Nasirdinov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uzagroleasing. During the talks, the sides discussed the modernization of Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector, the import of advanced agricultural machinery and equipment, and the provision of support to farmers through leasing schemes.
CMEC representatives highlighted the company’s major projects implemented in Uzbekistan — including the Sherobod solar photovoltaic plant, the Olympic Village, and the Karshi hydroelectric power station. According to them, these projects clearly demonstrate the practical success and long-term potential of cooperation with Uzbekistan.
The delegation also showcased agricultural machinery produced by YTO International — including tractors, combines, and other equipment — and expressed readiness to expand cooperation in supplying these machines to Uzbek farmers under leasing arrangements.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in the modernization of agricultural equipment, implementation of joint investment projects, and the development of new initiatives in the agricultural sector.
