The main tasks of the department for working with appeals and performing discipline are:
– Organization and provision of a system and mechanism for effective execution and appeal to the executive office of the Company, regional regional departments and system enterprises.
– Ensuring quality and timely control over the execution of documents.
– Ensuring timely and effective consideration of appeals and complaints of legal entities and individuals.
– Creation of a unified system for processing work, letters and appeals in the subdivisions of the Company, departments, Uzmashlizing LLC, Leasing Tekhnika Service LLC, Leasing Akhborot Tekhnologiyalari LLC (hereinafter referred to as subordinate enterprises) and regional branches.
– Office work in the Company consists of maintaining the nomenclature of the consolidated volume of documents, the branch list and the departmental archive.
