Combating corruption – a key factor in state and societal renewal.
A significant meeting dedicated to uncompromising efforts in combating corruption was held at the Joint Stock Company “Uzagrolizing.” The event was attended by representatives of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who discussed ongoing anti-corruption measures and future tasks in this field.
The primary focus was on the participation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the National Anti-Corruption Council meeting held on March 5 of this year, details of his address, the designated priority directions, and measures to enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption efforts.
Additionally, an assessment was made of the work carried out to create a corruption-free environment, addressing existing shortcomings, ensuring transparency, preventing corruption risks, and establishing an effective control system in this area.
During the meeting, proposals were developed for the implementation of necessary anti-corruption measures, including increasing the responsibility of each employee within the system, further improving internal control mechanisms, and expanding public participation. Furthermore, relevant tasks were outlined for the development and implementation of new strategies and measures in the fight against corruption.
